SHIPPING POLICY

YourMinerals customer enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $75, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling less than $75 not including shipping costs and taxes, and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied, and estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days. Standard shipping within the 48 Contiguous Unites States

 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for $14.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 7–9 to business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $14.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 business days. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.

 

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada is available for $14.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 9–14 business days. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs. If you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please call Customer Service at 323-451-7453, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Pacific), for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government.

For orders verified before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 3-4 business days for shipping to rural ZIP Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.

Please note: Orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise ordered through the Site or in connection with your account for any reason, all items returned for a refund are subject to a $7.95 restocking fee, to be deducted from the amount refunded to the card used for purchase. All items must be returned within 30 days from order date in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed. Here are a few things you can do to ensure a smoother, faster return:

 

Do not use your purchase prior to making a return request. We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of use or wear. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any special wrapping components and the packing list enclosed with your order. Use the return shipping label provided to you by Customer Service.

 

Replacement of products and store credit to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in removal of your Membership and the cancellation of your account.

 

Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. yourMinerals reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

 

Within the 48 Contiguous United States including P.O. Boxes

yourMinerals offers three return options: (1) free return for yourMinerals store credit; (2) free return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $7.95 restocking fee per item or (3) free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).

 

Store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund to credit card. Also note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received to yourMinerals. Return labels may be acquired through our Customer Service Department.

 

For Canada, AK, HI, APO/FPO Addresses, and U.S. Territories

At this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels to orders delivered outside the contiguous United States or to APO / FPO addresses, and recommend using a local shipping carrier. For exchanges, a $14.95 per order shipping and handling fee applies to exchanges sent to addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping on exchanges to Canada are subject to a $14.95 charge per order, and APO/FPO and U.S. territories changes will be charged $14.95 per order for shipping.

 

Please prepare a package with a packing slip stating what you would like for your return. Ship the package to our Returns Department at: yourMinerals, 600 S. Spring St., Suite 810, Los Angeles, CA. 90014

 

Notification

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

 

Non-returnable items

------

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds

------

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

------

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

 

Delays

------

There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
